SK: Barry Storey, VE3DVV, was an active LARC member since taking the 2016 Basic Course and passing with Honours.  While he had an impressive station at home, amid his restored antique radios, terrariums housing a few snakes and lizards, and an impressive collection of Coleman Lanterns, space heaters and stoves, Barry loved to visit the LARC Club station and work some FT8.
The above photo was taken during a London Airshow as we waited for some aerial activity.
Barry passed in hospital from a heart attack on Saturday, February 2nd. He is survived by his wife Debbie.

Paul Fraser, VE3PFN, SK

Here is the text which was posted on the Scouts Canada discussion page on Facebook:

Dear Scouting Friends, it is with great sadness that I write to inform you that Paul Fraser, a prominent member of the 1st Dorchester & Camp BEL Family, has gone home. For countless years, Paul has volunteered with scouting and has helped with some of the largest annual camping events in Canada. For anyone who has met Paul, there are two things he was passionate about; Scouting and Ham Radios. At camps like, Dorchester International Brotherhood Camporee (DIBC), Paul would merge his two passions. Paul created the Ham Radio event just for DIBC, a camp with approximately 3500 campers annually and hundreds of those youth would go to his event, to participate and to learn about Ham Radios. Paul dedicated his life to Scouting and he will be greatly missed.

Paul was also a resource for Field Day, helping out with the BBQ. He was frequently on several of the VHF and UHF nets. Paul was always in attendance and willing to chat at Saturday breakfast.

We extend our sympathy to family, friends and neighbors.
